The Apartment House Gvarda was built from the love to the town of Umag, its Eros, the Mediterranean, the sea, the sun and a relaxed rest in 1985, and since then it has been family run. All units were completely renovated in the period from 2015 to 2017. Thereby, we were led by the inspiration of comfort, freedom, love and the Istrian melodics.

During your holiday, we are always available to you. If you want to book a table in excellent Istrian restaurants, we will do it for you. If you want to include in your menu fish from the sea, which is only a stone's throw away from our Apartment House Gvarda, home-made olive oil or top-quality Istrian wine, we will be pleased to help you. If you are tempted by the beautiful world of Istria, we will be happy to co-create with you your day of rest. Or you will only want peace and retreat. The decision is entirely yours.
